It is God who has come as soul.soul has as mind,So God has transformed into mind.All the characters of God are present in mind .But  in  practical ,mind  loses  itself in  sensual  pleasures  and  forgets  its  divine  nature, So , the  work  of  spirituality is to restore the mind from all its sensual traps
     Mind is the operating force for thought,word and deed.it experiences,pleasure and pain,purity of thought,word and deed,efficiency,success and peace are all dependent on the nature of one's mind,To the extent of mind expanding and keeping itself clear,nature will be ready to give all the pleasures we need.
    
      We should know our mind,we should know the virtues and defects of mind. After knowing them,efforts are to be made to gain the virtues.Our SKY system aims to achieve this objective of the mind,it helps mind to realize its true self.
